Dear Mom, Dad & Family,
So Mark is married now. It sure sounds like you had quite a time getting everything together and getting to the temple but I'm glad everything went alright.
Well Pres. Papa was in town this last week and he stayed a night here at our place. Boy if you dont' think we were on our best behavior. We also spent last P-day preparing for his visit, getting the place cleaned etc. I really enjoyed his stay, it isn't every day that Pres. Papa comes to Nome. He is such a special man, and has a super testimony of the gospel. Sister Papa, although she didn't come, was thinking about us. She sent us some fresh fruit and a couple cans of soup. They are the best!!
You were right when you said that it doesn't get too cold here. It has been about 20' and has been real nice, sun bathing weather!
We are working hard and I am thinking about you and wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I love you, Elder Daren Wilding
